We use express tracked post for our shipping rate at a flat rate of €6.50 per order within Rep. of Ireland and €8.90 worldwide. Free shipping applies to all orders over €100.

Items are dispatched within 2 days. Delivery is totally dependent on local postal services, but we would expect Irish or UK addresses to receive deliveries within 2 days of dispatch. For other destinations, shipping will take longer (Europe 6-9 working days, rest of world 6-12 working days). If your order has not been delivered within this timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used to track your order on www.anpost.ie. For international orders you can use this number to track your order on www.anpost.ie. After 3-6 days your tracking number will work on your national postal carrier’s website. Here you will find an up-to-date record of your order’s location and you can also use this tracking number with your national postal carrier..
The price quote for duties is determined by the destination customs authority. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase and will enjoy it for many years to come. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please get in touch to let us know why you are disappointed and we will issue a full refund as long as the item is not used and is returned with all it's original packaging within 28 days of purchase to the following address:

When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as The Ethical Silk Company cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us.
A detailed size guide is accessible on each product page, along with information about block printing and caring for your silk. Please take the time to read through and check sizings as The Ethical Silk Company will not pay for the cost of returns unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you would like a different size, colour etc., please return your item and we will issue you a full refund, after which you can place a new order for the new item through our website (it's quicker this way than a direct exchange, trust us!)
Please bear in mind that natural silk, like all natural materials, can occasionally have a slight irregularity in its weave. All our printed products are printed by hand using artisan techniques of block printing. Slight imperfections in colour and patterns are characteristic of block printing, making each piece unique, a one of a kind. We see these as a sign of the garment's authenticity and its hand made beauty.
